Think about this fact: if you're feeling like you're not performing up to par because you don't feel very well, and until you do feel good - your whole focus will be on feeling good, or getting better. Bottom line - not much else matters to us if we physically *don't* feel good!

We will spend lots of time each day concentrating on trying to make others feel good, (but ironically most of us won't take care of ourselves!) Take care of yourself first! This is your *first* priority. If you don't feel good then how do you expect to make others feel good?
